If you would like your child to participate in our Academy (pre-school to year 4), please fill in the Registration Form below. Registration must be completed for your child to participate in the Academy for health and safety, well-being and safeguarding purposes.

All data collected will be deleted at the end of each season (May) and re-registration will be required at the start of a new season (August).

Consent and Child Welfare
